Karyn Williams-Sykes

Principal Partner/Consultant/Master Facilitator

Karyn is a Master Trainer, Executive Coach and Learning & Development specialist with over 20 years of international experience in the global hospitality industry.

She holds a BSc. in Hotel Management, an MBA and MSc. in International Relations, and multiple certifications including: AoEC Executive Coach,AHLEI Hospitality Trainer, WSET Educator, LEADx EQ Facilitator and LMI Leadership Management Franchise Holder for the Eastern Caribbean.

Colin P. Young

Partner/Consultant

Colin is a maritime professional with over 40 years’ experience notably serving as the Regional Coordinator for the Caribbean at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for over 14 years.

He played a key role in advancing maritime policies, developing sustainable shipping initiatives and integrating maritime issues into the agenda of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).

Prior to the IMO, he held diverse management roles at the Port of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago including Port Operations Manager. Academically he holds an MSc. in Maritime Affairs and a BSc. in Management Studies.
